You may return most items purchased from HAYUBE if they meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging (including tags, dust bags, and box).
  • The item must not be marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” on the product page.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to our customer service team at service@hayube.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will send you a Return Authorization with instructions on how to return the item. Please do not send the item back before receiving the authorization.
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving a damaged or incorrect item).
  4. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging to avoid any damage during return shipping. Include the original tags, dust bags, and any other accessories that came with the product.

3. Refunds and Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:

  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • If your return does not meet our conditions (e.g., the item is damaged, worn, or missing components), we reserve the right to deny the return and send the item back to you at your expense.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Gift cards.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team immediately at service@hayube.com. We will assist you in arranging for a return and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.


7. Shipping and Delivery Fees

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless your return is due to a mistake made by us (e.g., incorrect or damaged item). The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.
